Here we go guys, Game 4 tomorrow. We came back and took game 3 we brought the penguin storm and showed that we are not weak. We are now 1-2 in the series.... now that is all fine and dandy but we should try and take this 2-2 and show that we can come back from any 0-2 deficit.  This video is encouragement that shows what we can do and how we got to the point we are at now. So say it with me.... LETS GO PENS!!!!!

I feel strangely calm and serene, right now anyway.  I feel like we can do this.  Tonight's game and outcome are HUGE...so wait till gametime and you'll hear me screaming and armchair coaching!

What a good start! Geno with the big power play goal. Kills me how that kid always seems to be in the right place at the exact right time.

I think if we can pull out a win tonight, we're going to be in really good shape. Not only did we prove to Detroit that we can skate with them, I think the boys would prove to themselves that they really can do this..

I just about through my laptop out the window when Scudari turned that puck over. What happened to the intelligence of our defense? Flower's not gonna stand on his head all game -- he needs the boys in front of him to do their JOBS. I've never been so happy to hear the buzzer go off at the end of the period. We were against the ropes and Detroit was pounding the body hard.

I can only hope the boys come out with a renewed vigor in the second period. Coachie needs to be in their faces in the locker room..

What a great ending to a great game...for us to take the game 4-2, and really, the score doesn't really portray how dominant we seemed to be in this game.  I'm SOOOO glad that we took both home games to tie up this series at 2 a piece.  Now it heads back to Detroit for game 5 on Saturday and the Pens have all the momentum at this point.  Hopefully we will be able to take this next game and bring it home for game 6.  Wouldn't it be incredible to take The Cup at home?  Smiley I'm not jinxing us...just saying...that would be SO incredible!  Go PENS!

It would be incredible! And darn it, I still have school next week or I'd be down there in the JumboTron crowd! aurgh!

I'm still basking in the glow!  All day I was pretty serene and confident, but then we started watching all the pre-game stuff (NHL Channel, FSN, VS) and my stomach just knotted up.  I can tell you one thing, I am SO sick of hearing all the dredging up of "last year in the Finals..."  Well, guess what, folks, this isn't last year and we are not following that script so frikkin get over it!

Geno is dominating this series, and I couldn't be happier.  But what is it going to take to get these analysts to shut up about last year...again.  Geno's goal sure fired us up. Sid's goal....a thing of sheer beauty! the celebration for it was pretty darned funny!  Finally Staalie came thru and I have to admit, as much as I've been down on that line this series, I was impressed!!  Kennedy's goal was pure textbook passing and connecting.  These 4 goals will be highlight reel for a while!  We had a few letdowns; in fact after the Wings 2nd goal, I was fearing the worst.  Of course....when I look at the replays of it....Cleary was all over Fluery on that one.

The reffing....what does anyone think of the reffing in Game 4?  I saw alot of stuff being let go, some real flagrant stuff was happening TO us and was being ignored, like Sid getting chopped down from behind.  That left me holding my breath, to see Sid laying there and then to see him hobbling to the bench.  Don't think he missed a shift or did he--seemed like it he may have but then when he was back out there he seemed fine.  The hitting in this game was amazing, as in holy crap, how can they hit like that and skate away from it?  Makes my body ache just watching them!

I will say this...it LOOKS like we're wearing them down. Osgood can be beat, we've figured that out just as we did with Varlamov and Ward.  He's not liking that fact--you can see it in his reactions after goals.  Our next game is huge....and while that phrase is getting worn out, there's really no other way to say it.  WE MUST WIN IN THEIR BUILDING.  To take this thing, we've still got to win ONE in their building.  With the wave we're riding now, I feel like we can do...

Not sure Ive ever seen something wilder.  Even the comeback against the Bucs was not this wacky.  The Houston game last year is close, but jeepers cats - as Eddie says - to have the ball for 14 minutes and to win is insane.

We had the ball for 13 plays in the second half and scored 14 points.
