I'm very much looking forward to this game.  I'm expecting it to be another up and down game like the last one.  I would say we would totally dominate this series (even more than we are now) if Fleury would just tighten down a bit in net.  Seems like he's allowing some pretty soft goals at this point and it needs to STOP! Smiley  Hopefully this game will be better and maybe Sid is due for another hat trick? Wink  GO PENS!

All I can say is we need cam ward to play like he has been playing the last two games and maybe a little bit less than that haha. All I know is tonight little people are going to make big plays and I seem to be smelling something........ Oh thats just our 3-0 lead in the series HAHA Smiley

Well, i don't want to count my chickens before they're hatched, but i definitely am feeling a win coming on.  Wink  Hopefully Fleury decides to stay within the confines of his net more.  MAN he makes me nervous every time he goes out to play a puck.  He is NOT Ty Conklin!  ROFL

Yeah, I'm in the same boat. I don't want to count my chickens before they're hatched, but I think that we have the advantage both talent-wise and also a mental edge coming into this game. Not only did the goals at the end of the last game look to break their spirit a little bit, their efforts when it came to fighting were less than grand. They looked like a tired team that just came off of a long, draining series and are being out hustled in most aspects of their game.

That being said, any victory against this Canes team is definitely one that the Pens will have to earn. I think that if we win tonight, Carolina's morale will be broken and the rest of the series should be a lock. If they win tonight, I will be nervous because teams have had a hard, hard time closing series's out against these guys.

No joke, this series is over. Even if the Canes pull out a victory in the next game, the rest of this series is just a mere formality for the Pens.

Whoa...whew...OK, that was just a bit of a nail-biter...just a bit!  With the Canes I never feel comfortable with just a 1 goal lead, and I do have to admit that I was doing ALOT of yelling when we would get boxed into our end, and alot of groaning over the missed chances.  Do I think it's over?  When we ended up with the Canes for this round I called it in 5....I'd be happy to be wrong....do not jinx them....

I don't think the Pens know what giving up is in these playoffs, that's what makes me so confident. They play as if the only thing they know how to do is rage forward. I think they're showing that even though they may gave up a handful of goals, they are still more than capable of answering -- and then some.

Yes, i think that the Canes are probably a bit demoralized after we totally destroyed them the last 2 games.  I mean, they put up a good fight in game 2, but in game 3, it was just total and utter destruction.  Will the Canes win game 4?  [shrugs] It's possible i guess, but in my books, it's not very probable.  We want this very badly and i don't think that the Canes want it as much as we do.  I think it has to do with how we lost last year.  It does something to a team and makes them hungrier!  I'm calling tomorrows game to be a 5-2 win for the Pens!  Smiley  GO PENS!
