The Stanley Cup Finals 2009

Maybe I'm rushign it by starting this topic but it's time to start talking Finals.

I think Detroit will wrap it up tonight....and having said that, watch the Blackhawks wake up and play the game of their lives.    While I'm nervous about the Finals, I know we're in for an incredibly high level of the game, I also feel confident.

Anyone care to make any predictions or just start up some chatter?

You're right.  Chicago is now out of it and it's between the Wings and the Pens again.  Not worried at all and hope that the Pens just destroy the Wings.  It's what we came to do so 'get er done boys'.

I saw highlights of the Wings Hawks game on the NHL Channel (good to see Bob Errey on there, I miss the announcers from FSN) and it looked like the Hawks almost made a game of it.  So close!  But at the same time, I'm glad that series is over and we can get on with our business!!!

Just read on another forum that Orpik says we are pkaying more injured than anyone will ever know.  They are wise not to list injuries; we sure don't want to give the opponents any ammunition that could hurt us!

Feds is sick and did not practice yesterday.  Could be the flu, but he expects to be playing tomorrow.
